Richwoods is the embodiment what Modern Day Frisco living has become.  This amazing gated 506-acre neighborhood sits 1 block north of TX-121 and Independence Parkway making it extremely convenient to anywhere in DFW.  This neighborhood is being developed by John Landon and offers homes from high end builders such as Toll Bothers, K-Hovnanian, NewCastle, Landon Homes and John R. Landon Signature Series Homes.  In its completion it will have just over 1,600 luxury homes, 8 acres of parks with baseball and soccer fields, hike and bike trails, a 4 acre community center with a large resort style pool with water slides and a guarded entrance.

Richwoods is one of only two guarded entrance neighborhoods in Frisco east of the Dallas North Tollway and due to record breaking sales plans to complete the neighborhood by the end of 2017 even when its original projection had a completion date of 2022.  The only homes available at this time are new construction but that will change over the next few years.  It is sure to become one of the elite neighborhoods in all of Frisco very soon.  Other similar neighborhoods in the area are Hunters Creek Estates, Turnbridge Manor, Cypress Creek Estates, Lawler Park and Sorano Estates but none of them offer the same neighborhood amities Richwoods.

The price range is between $350,000 and $750,000 and the builders offer a wide variety of options from single story homes with traditional brick and stone construction to 5,000 square foot Mediterranean Estates.  Richwoods is selling at some the highest prices that East Frisco has ever seen but you get what you pay for.  Many of the builders in the neighborhood will tell you that they do not price their homes taking the price/square foot into account but be ever cognizant that this is how your home will be valued when the day comes to sell.

The neighborhood schools are Curtsinger Elementary, Vandeventer Middle School and Liberty High School.  Curtsinger is another one of Frisco’s many exemplary elementary schools that is located just outside of the neighborhoods western exit off Coit Road.  Vandeventer Middle School is conveniently located inside of the wall of the neighborhood and just opened its doors in 2012.   Liberty High School is now a well-established High School and is located on Rolater less than a mile from the neighborhood.  With Frisco’s commitment to keeping each of its High Schools in 4A status your children are guaranteed to have small classroom sizes with athletic and arts programs that are accessible to a wide variety of students.  Call Dan Cooper for more neighborhood information 214-714-5638.
