Phillips Creek Ranch

Phillips Creek Ranch sits on the hollow ground where quarter horse legend B.F. Phillips raised his world famous and prized stallions.  His legacy has been immortalized by 22 life sized bronze horses outside of the neighborhoods main entrance.  This land has now been tamed by the Republic Property Group who has assembled an ENOURMOUS and carefully thought out master planned community that is now known as Phillips Creek Ranch.  In its completion it will boast nearly 3,700 homes, that is more than double the size of its new construction rival Richwoods on the East side of Frisco, leaving only the elite neighborhood of Starwood to compete with its overall size and intrigue.

Ten elite builders such as Toll Brothers, Shaddock, K. Havnanian, Highland, Darling, Drees, Huntington, Lionsgate, Standard Pacific and Belclaire have been selected to build in this heavily sought after neighborhood that range from around $350,000 to well over $1,000,000.  Unlike many of the new construction neighborhoods around Frisco, there are many large lots available so you can build the estate home of your dreams instead of building a mansion on a postage stamp.

Phillips Creek Ranch offers several huge swimming pools, beach entry and Olympic sized lap pools, 12 miles of paved running and biking trails, a fitness center with free weights and machines, an open air pavilion for community events and concerts and a wide assortment of parks.  As many of the new construction neighborhoods in Frisco are trending, Phillips Creek Ranch is selling at a traditionally high price per square foot but as most things in life you get what you pay for.  Many of the builders in the neighborhood will tell you that they do not price their homes taking the price/square foot into account but be ever cognizant that this is how your home will be valued when the day comes to sell.

Phillips Creek Ranch has three Elementary Schools (Sparks, Nichols and Bledsoe), and one Middle School (Pioneer).  The City of Frisco has already planned for two addition schools to be built around the perimeter of the neighborhood as well.  Residents will also attend the original Frisco High School located just off the Dallas North Tollway and Stonebrook.
