Lawler Park is located on Independence and Rolater in the booming Frisco Texas. It is a new development being built primarily by two high end builders which are Darling Home and Highland Homes. There will be nearly 350 in its completion and will eventually have two built out neighborhoods known as the Arbors at Lawler Park and the Crossing at Lawler Park. Homes are generally start around $350,000 and top out around $750,000 and there are plenty of options for wide 75 lots with creek view options. The Arbors will feature several different options along with zero lot line homes, this is generally the less expensive side of the neighborhood. The Crossing will feature homes that will go up to 5,000 square feet and much larger lot sizes.
Lawler Park is located just north of its new neighbor, Richwoods Estates but offers terrain the Richwoods simply does not possess. There will be greenbelts with large trees along the creek beds and pedestrian bridges along the pathways. This neighborhood features a large rose garden with a beautiful arbor along with its children’s play areas, pools and woods.
The neighborhood schools are Curtsinger Elementary, Vandeventer Middle School and Liberty High School. Curtsinger is another one of Frisco’s many exemplary elementary schools that is located just outside of the neighborhood off Coit Road and Jerome. Vandeventer Middle School is conveniently located one block south of the neighborhood and just opened its doors in 2012. Liberty High School is now a well-established High School and is located on Rolater less than a mile from the neighborhood. With Frisco’s commitment to keeping each of its High Schools in 4A status your children are guaranteed to have small classroom sizes with athletic and arts programs that are accessible to a wide variety of students.
