I have been in real estate for over 10 years and live with my wife and our 3 children in Frisco, Texas. My background is in commercial real estate appraisal specializing in litigation support in cases that usually involved the right of eminent domain. I still work with a real estate law firm out of Plano that owns two title companies. I manage the firm’s relationships with lenders, builders and other real estate law firms around the country. I am also a real estate investor myself which is incidentally what got me into selling real estate in the first place.
The first thing that you will learn about me is that I am not a typical real estate agent because I don’t tell people whatever they want to hear in order to sell a house. My background gives me an unusual advantage since I am intimately familiar with the legal aspects of a real estate transactions, valuation and investment strategy. I will not tell a new or potential real estate investor that a home is an excellent investment opportunity if I would not be interested in buying it myself, just like I would not advise a home buyer looking for a new family residence to pay more than for a home than I believe it would sell for in the foreseeable future.
I have relationships with over 200 lenders nationwide and I will walk you through what type of a loan is best for you and your situation. I also have an extensive list of General Contractors and Sub-Contractors that I personally use, so you will not have to fear the homes that may need a little TLC. I am familiar with cities all over DFW and would be happy to be a resource for you whether you use me as your agent or not.
